4. Hosting
This website is hosted by DomainFactory GmbH, c/o WeWork Neuturmstrasse 5, 80331 Munich, Germany. The provider processes connection data such as IP addresses, access timestamps, and browser information as part of hosting. This data is processed exclusively in RAM for the duration of the respective access and is not stored permanently. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with DomainFactory.

7. Payment Processing via Paddle
Licenses for Better Ears are distributed through Paddle.com Market Limited (15 Briery Close, Great Oakley, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8JG, United Kingdom). When making a purchase, personal data such as email address, location, and payment information is transferred to Paddle. The United Kingdom holds an EU adequacy decision (valid through December 2031). Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for further details.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is deleted or restricted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage beyond this point may occur if required by European or national law. Purchase data is subject to statutory retention periods of generally 10 years (§ 147 German Tax Code).
